We really hope you like every item you purchase, but if you do need to return it, we welcome you to do so within 30 days of receiving it.
The return fee is $5 and will be deducted from your total return amount. However, if your item is classified as defective, this fee will be shaken once the item is inspected. For all defective items, please send them back to us through hu125170908@gmail.com Contact our customer service team to obtain the incorrect authorization code. Any return error without authorization code will not be refunded.
When returning the product to us, please attach a note in the return and indicate your order number as well as the name and address used when placing the order.
All returned items must be returned to us in unopened, unused, and original condition. If the product is not sellable, we reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to provide refunds for fashionable masks, cosmetics, perforated jewelry, swimwear, underwear, and sexual health. Personalized products are non returnable/non refundable. Gift cards are also non returnable items.
